I am halfway through my 31 day program and so far it has been nothing but GREAT! The food is delicious- Fresh, flavorful and filling. They say you are what you eat- and by eating these healthy meals- I feel so much healthier- Alert, with more energy throughout the day with high levels of energy prior to my exercise program. A friend had recommended me- in which she in fact lost 10 pounds while on a 31 day program. I am absolutely delighted with the program. Good for an athlete like me; to maintain a good physique. Great for anyone looking to lose a few pounds and eat healthy for a change. I certainly recommend Zone Manhattan to anyone interested in fresh food delivery.
