I have been a customer of Razny's for over 25 years now. They use to have a location in the Green Meadows Shopping Center in Addison. If I remember correctly it was their first and only location. Mr. Razny (deceased now) and I designed my diamond ring from my Mom's and My Diamonds(from a previous marriage)in to a gorgeous ring. Mrs. Razny (retired, now living in FL) appraised all my precious stone rings in the 80's. I guess it's time for a new appraisal. I just had a precious stone ring made for my 15 yr old grandgirl..and it turned out beautiful. I bring all my scrap gold there..and they keep the money on account or apply it to a purchase. The son now runs the biz. The staff there are very knowledgeable...and they are not just there to sell you jewelry..they can replace a watch battery in minutes. I do luv there new place..very up scale..but they are no more expensive than any other fine jewelry retailer....the customer service is impeccable. You can't get better than that..and that statement is coming from an ole cust. service rep.
