Amber at Jazyhair in Sherman Oaks was like a tall glass of water after a drought -- a true blessing. At first meet, she was extremely free-spirited, humble and welcoming (great hospitality). I truly felt as if I'd known her for years! She was very attentive to my needs and it was apparent that she really loves what she does. She showed me the products she would use on my hair and even offered a snack and something to drink! High-level customer service is obviously a priority --not to mention, the girl can whip-up some hair! Amber is so natural in her ability to give you that boost you need when you are tired of the ""same ole look"". She seemed very knowledgeable about current trends as we discussed some possible styles that would fit my personality and face. I have a very thick and full head of natural hair, so most stylists sigh when I show up. Amber didn't flinch - she actually loved my hair and looked forward to ""working it"". I was in and out and didn't feel rushed at all. She was definitely a breath of fresh air after one too many bad hair experiences in other salons. To top things off, I received a 20% discount as a first-time visitor- can't beat that...I was sure to set a follow up appointment on my way out.
