Review content:
Upon first contact with the folks at ""The Garage,"" I though I was going to receive the quality of service that the other reviews on Citysearch had mentioned. Unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed. The gentlemen at the shop were definitely friendly, but they were not very good about communicating the needs of my vehicle to me; and they most certainly did not do this in any sort of ""timely"" manner. Ultimately, it took much longer than expected to complete the work requested, and in the end I felt that I didn't know exactly what was still wrong with my car. Come to find out four months later that there were many very loose nuts and bolts on the underside of my car that the guys at the garage failed to even notice. I was unsatisfied with the thoroughness of this garage, and will not return.
