Review content:
I was growing quite fond of this place until my experience this weekend. I'd dropped off items (as I usually do) only to find that months later, the manager had not even put my items out on the floor for sale. NO ONE bothered to call me and when I showed up with new items (expecting a check for the things that had been there) she handed me my items from the back room as if they were garbage. There were customers in the store and it was quite a humiliating experience. She offered NO explanation as to why she could not take my items and when asked made up an excuse that my Izod leather jacket (only worn twice) was damaged but could not show any evidence to back up her claim. Then she offered me $12 for a faux leather jacket which she didn't even realize was not real leather! How can a person that runs a ""high end"" consignment shop not tell the difference between real and faux leather? What a fraud. I would not allow this lady to sell anything to me or for me ever again! She treats her customers, clients, and their clothing like trash!
