Review content:
We just had our basement finished four months ago. Imagine our despair when we headed to the basement for a night of family fun and we noticed one of the walls was wet from water leakage and the drywall ceiling was about to give way. We called Roto-Rooter and Joseph the plumber arrived a little after 11pm to assess the situation. He checked it out and began draining the water from the ceiling. He did not have the parts in his truck, however, to make the repair. He assured us that someone would be there at 8:30 the next morning to fix it. Sure enough, Sean, showed up at 8:30am and made the repair. Thanks Roto-Rooter Cincinnati OH!
