My daughter in law made appointments for herself, the entire bridal party and the moms. We were their for over 4 hours, they said we had appointments but it was VERY unorganized. The Hair was ok but everyone was very unhappy with their make-up but the most UPSETTING was one of the employees made the BRIDE cry on her wedding day (If you can even believe that) yes she make her cry!!!!!!!!!!!! Her reason was she came late----so you yell at a bride on her wedding day to the point of making her cry??? We were so disappointed with our experience at Ania's that it will NEVER be recommended by any of us. Very unprofessional!
