Review content:
Disgruntled renters are the main reviews out there, they are mad because maybe they didn't receive all or any part of their security deposit back due to damages caused by the renters, their families, friends, roommates and/or pets. The property manager doesn't always have control on who the owners may want to renovate their property, sometimes the property manager will handle it and in some cases the owners have their own vendors they like to use. It usually boils down to the fact if you are a good renter, you will not have any problems, however if you are a bad renter, don't follow the rules and regulations of your Rental Agreement then you will be unhappy and have to face the consequences of your bad behavior.
