I pretty much live a stress free life.. but dealing with this Wyoming, Mi Vet is always a lesson is extreme frustration.
They have unqualified tech help. My cat had to have a hernia operation twice because of simple practices that were ignored. No real care for the pet... they just want to nickel and dome you to death. Never got a call back from the manager after I had to pay for two of the same operations...the second operation would not have been necessary if the vet tech wasn't some high school drop out.
I tried to get a simple subscription faxed to an online reseller.. but they wouldn't do that. They made me drive in .. pick up the subscription and snail mail it to my online reseller? No matter that my pet needs the medication NOW... and not after I have to snail mail in my subscription to an online reseller like 1800Petmeds.
Dealing with this Vet for the past two five years+ has been by far my worst experience of all time. They are just terrible money hungry vultures.. and it shows greatly.
