This post is slanderous and irrational. The LVTs at AMC are ALL graduates of accredited LVT programs and licensed by the state of Michigan and nationally accredited. It is obvious you do not have an accurate grasp of the medical issues at hand here. In addition, it is the policy of most accredited veterinary hospitals (the top 12% in the nation) not to authorized prescriptions for on-line pharmacies, given the widespread fraud involved in the online pharmacy industry. Since the veterinarian's relationship is with the patient/client, this is the only source authorized to take possession of the prescription. After that, it is up to the client to determine who they trust to fill the Rx with authentic, not counterfeit drugs. Our practice is committed to practicing quality medicine, so this is part of our assurance to our clients that they get real medications. If that does not fit your goals, another practice is certainly a good move for you. Your comment about ""high school dropouts"" is legally slanderous, couldn't be further from the truth as we generally hire only the top graduate of any given licensed accredited program. You may want to retract that unless you don't mind being investigated and prosecuted.
