Hello, I'm the owner of Union Exterminating, my name is Keith Lewallen. We are a family owned business. To address the unknown ""cdreid415"", If this was truly a customer of ours and not just someone playing a prank here, first we do not have any salesmen. As I said we are family owned and are a small company. Second, we do treat all areas of the structure as needed and we NEVER recommend over the counter products. We use the same products that any pest control company can use. We are liscenced by the state of NC and our techs are highly trained and have been with us from 1 yr to 8 yrs. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. We stand behind our work.
