hook and tow towing company located in columbus, towed me they took a short amount of time in the early am and did not charge me for the tow, on the other hand the tow truck driver had no idea where bethe and sawmil rd was had no clue how to hook up or un hook up the car ending in ripping my bumper off 3/4 of the way and the reason for not charging me (finding out later) was so there was no ""proof"" they were there stating to me that. this company is shady and unethical. look up the owner on google see the stuff i found out about him. look them up on google the owners name is there and then search his name. quite interesting and horrific information showing his ethics and morals. beware
