I bought a Group for this place last year. after trying no less than 7 times to call and leave messages I was told they were overwhlemed and couldn't get to my request until March 2012. Which was fine. I schedule an appointment in March and April. In the middle of march, I called to verify my appt time and was told they came by my house but no one was there so I had to reschedule in May but my April appointment is still on the books. I called to confirm my appointment last week and their rep verified for April 13th Since then she has called 2-3 trying to sell me on carpet cleaning and weekly,by weekly, monthly cleaning service. Today they called and told me they would not be coming as my house is out side of their radius of business. The onwer said she told my wife this when she called her about the Groupon...YET, they still had us on the schedule for cleaning??? Pretty simple to say that the owner is a liar!!! Not the type of business I am willing to give money to when there has to be much better people and businesses out there.
