I have only been using them for a few months, but I have already been in a number of times. I have had a lot of trouble with my car recently and Mechanics Pride has been very helpful. They are clear about what they are doing. When I brought my car in to be serviced, they tried to fix the problem I was having, and I thought everything was done, but I had to bring it back. But, Mike only charged me for the parts that ended up being the problem, not the parts used in trying to fix the problem. So, they have saved me money that way.
I have been there several times now. I had a couple of flat tires, a regular tuneup at 80,000 miles and they serviced my transmission. I went back due to an issue with my ignition. My car was shutting off and it took a while to figure out was wrong, but they have been persistent about finding the problem.
