Review content:
Moved from the City to the East Bay at the end of December. They were recommended by our Real Estate Agent. Charlie (Owner) came over and gave us an estimate for the move and 1 month storage not to exceed $2450.00 (My wife was right there also and heard the same promise from Charlie). Everything went smoothly until finished unloading. I was hit with another charge of $1800.00- ($4300.00 for a local move from a 2 Br./1 BA). My brother used Corrib (Excellent Company) with his move out of the lower flat - 2Br./1BA and only pd. $750.00 for a local SF move. I asked to speak with Charlie, he was not available and the dispatcher said the not to exceed was for our move out and 1 month storage. They still charged my credit card they had on file. I have contacted them and am disputing the charge. The Real Estate Company(Largest Co. in the City) told Charlie they would never use or recommend him if he didn't fix. He has not budged. I am filing a BBB complaint. Also filing a claim w/ the CPUC.
Pros: Actual Movers were friendly
Cons: Owner Charlie is a liar.
