Review content:
I would not even give Sunspections 1 star but the system will not take negative stars. This guy missed major things wrong in our home inspection and is giving only excuses about the proper standards he followed. If he thinks he did a decent job, that is all the more reason to stay away from him since he has no clue and does not accept responsibility for a job poorly done. He missed a charred gas fireplace. Nothing works and there is soot all through the interior. He states he did more than standards require. There are fixed windows where there is obvious water damage. Fixed windows where the frames are separating from the house and need to be sealed. He states he opened and closed all windows and he saw nothing. Nice, but what about the window portions that do not open and close? He also missed a cracked front door frame. How do you miss this? It would be so easy to force entrance through that door. Greg thinks he did a good job? Wow. Do your self a favor, go somewhere else. He cannot be trusted.
