This is really a horrible store. I do not recommend buying anything there. They seem to tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale and then not stand by it. First we were told we could return the music instrument with no problem and then they sell us a NEW saxophone which didn't work and they had to repair. When we tried to get our money back, they had the ""new saxophone "" since it needed repairing, the owner gave us a bunch of excuses. First he complained he had to pay money out of his pocket to get someone to FIX a NEW saxophone. Than he informed us that they couldn't accept the instrument back because someone had blow into it, and therefore they were not allow to accept it back due to state health laws. Well as a doctor I new that was a lie and informed him so. Then he tried to charge me $80 dollars to ""sterilize"" the Saxophone. I was told I'll have a credit there. Multiple calls to their store to use the credit (I wanted a soprano sax) each time telling me they would get back to me. I finally got the ower who told me he would ""personally take care of it"" and call me back. Finally, I called again and was told they are not going to honor the credit. I just dowloaded the form to take him to small claims court. I do not recommend this store. Save yourself the trouble. There are better stores in the area.
