Jay & A are absolutely incredible to work with. I knew I wanted a custom ring for my girl. After 12 years together, those chain diamond stores just aren't enough. I read many reviews before going to meet with them & never visited another jeweler. They had me from ""we'll make this perfect."" I wanted to see a couple different stones we could use for the center & Jay called to let me know they were in. I'll never forget the conversation as he said, ""one of them is perfect, you will choose the right stone."" I said to him, ""I'm sure it's the bigger & more expensive one."" His reply, ""actually, it's not."" He could have easily tried to guide me into buying the bigger diamond, but he held true on his promise to make it perfect. I know where I will go in the future! Great people! Thanks J & A!!!
