Review content:
We discovered our water heater was leaking at around 10:00 am. I spoke with Brenda around noon and by about 2:00 Mike was there to confirm that we needed to have it replaced. By 3:30 Adam was there to complete the job. At 5:30 the new water heater was installed. From the initial phone call through the completed installation, our experience with Southport was great! They went out of their way to quickly solve the problem.
