Review content:
What I had Southport Heating, Plumbing, & Geothermal do was put in a heating and air conditioning system. I went with them because I had actually used them before for a rental property. I had used them to put in a heating and air conditioning system 3 years ago. This time around they had it done in a day, which I thought was great. There were a couple of unanswered questions though. I thought I was going to get one year free financing like I did three years ago, but it turned out to be interest only, so I have to pay the principal payments. It was not explained as well as it could have been, so when I got the bill I was a little surprised. The other thing was that when they gave the quote they talked about getting a $200 rebate from Carrier. They told me that the secondary heat exchange is what had gone out and that normally Carrier gives a refund for that because it is not supposed to go out. I haven't seen anything yet, and that was May, and it's almost August now. Those are the two dangling things. Other than that, everything is fine.
