Review content:
Due to extreme noise above me from a new neighbor I asked them if I could transfer apts. They said it would be a $300 transfer fee, a new $250 security deposit, a $75/month increase in rent and the lease would have to run another full year. This seemed unfair to a good resident like me who always paid rent on time and never caused disturbances, so I broke my lease and moved out. I thought I was done with them until a week later, I received charges of $350 from them-$200 for the bathtub which was very old and needed to be replaced and was like that when I moved in (being dumb, I never documented it) also they charged me $25 for cleaning in the bathroom and kithchen. I was up half the night cleaning before I moved out, so I found this odd. $50 to remove two small plastic tables I forgot in a closet. When I went by to ask them about this and spoke to the manager Charlotte, she was very rude and unwilling to listen to me. She brought out pictures that were taken of the apartment (for all I know, they could have been pictures of someone else's apartment) and her attitude was very rude.
