My fianc was recommended to get his vehicle repaired at Bill Currie Fords body shop when he was in an accident last year. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ron Hogg and the Bill Currie Ford staff therefore, we revisited the body shop when my Lexus was wrecked three weeks ago. I was in an accident where no other vehicle was involved and didnt quite know what to do. The first thing I did was call Ron because of how helpful he was in the past. He not only did his job but went beyond that when helping me through the insurance process and getting my vehicle over to the shop. My vehicle turned out as good as new, if not better and my experience once again was fantastic. All of my phone calls were answered and returned in a timely fashion and my dozens of questions were answered without hesitation or frustration- Keep in mind Im not the most vehicle repair savvy person. From start to finish, Ron Hogg was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is just one of those employees who genuinely takes pride in his job and doesnt just shove you to the side and treat you like another accident.
Its never a great thing when your car is in an accident and you have to take it to a body shop, but it is a great experience when bringing it to Bill Currie Fords. Because of Ron Hogg, I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else to be repaired and I will continue to tell all of my family members, friends, colleagues and customers about my wonderful experiences with Ron Hogg and the Bill Currie Ford body shop.
