Unique Signs is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We contracted with them to produce a sign for our company. The woman who called to schedule a time to meet missed the first 2 meetings. We gave them a check for half the amount and had to wait weeks to get the first proof. It was not proofed by anyone at Unique signs and there was numerous mistakes. I honestly believe the artist was dyslexic as most of the numbers were inverted and she was not aware of it. After several attempts to get the work done correctly I was told that their hard drive was down and needed to be sent out for repair. I asked if there was a backup file and was told there was not. This is very unprofessional and at this point I asked that our money be refunded as they were not holding up their end of the deal. I was told by Dave, the owner of Unique Signs, that, since the artist Tarynn, had already put in a lot of time on the project we would not get much back. So far we have not received anything back.
