Review content:
As the listings manager for a very busy realtor, we handle hundreds of transactions every year. Inevitably, we run in to situations where sellers need work completed to get through the transaction, and Jim has been fantastic to work with. I trust him to give us an fair assessment of the work needed, a competitive price and quality workmanship. He is knowledgeable, takes time to explain the options, steps and probably outcomes of often complex repairs. I've been happy to rely on him for quick questions, last-minute fixes and ball-park estimates, too. I appreciate his approach and service-minded attitude; he has even been invited to do work in my home, as well. Two thumbs up for a wonderful contractor (and crew) - A Master's Hands, indeed!
