Review content:
We've been using Ralph for fifteen years for three different cars (Volvo, VW, BMW) and have always had excellent and personal service. He and his team are comptent, efficient and I have been able to trust what he says. He isn't the cheapest at just under $100/hour but you get the job done right and with integrity.
I am just a happy customer who has had the usual experiences with car dealerships and the local garage, and I needed no inducement to write this review.

p.s. The reviewer who had a quote of $225 to change the headlights - was that just the bulbs or the units? And nothing else? Seems like there's more of a story there.
