I highly recommend Bruce Slemmer for expert hair coloring and styling!! I have followed Bruce since 2007, and I can honestly say that he has totally transformed my hair style and color and to the point where compliments are the norm and bad hair days are a distant memory. I recently visited Bruce at his newest location,""The Shampoo Salon & Spa"" in Port Richmond. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Shampoo Salon & Spa is only 1 1/2 miles north of center city Philly and is nestled in a cute gentrified area (homes selling upwards of $285,000) that has lots of free parking. There is also very easy access to I-95 and the NJ bridges. For those who haven't been to the new location yet, the Shampoo Bar and Spa is a modern shop where Bruce is featured on the second floor. I absolutely love the weekend hours due to my hectic work schedule. Bruce is a very gifted genius when it comes to hair. He is very artistic and takes everything into consideration - skin tone, face shape, life style, color shades, hair texture, and very patiently explains everything to you in order to achieve an incredible, amazing hair style, color, and look for you. I'm simply blown away by his work! Believe me, you will NOT be dissappointed!!
