This is a repost of my first review...somehow it got deleted and I found it elsewhere online!! The post below this one is the follow-up to this post.
I went to Bruce after having my hair highlighted and roots touched up two days earlier at another salon in Blue Bell. When I walked in my hair was a horrible ashy/golden color (that may work for someone else - but not me - and it was NOT at all the color I wanted). To make a VERY long story short - Bruce spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how we could begin to take steps to get there. My hair was a bit fragile from the coloring two days before so there was only so much one person could do! Anyhow....I know I am on my way to the hair color I want (and need)! Looking forward to my follow up visit with Bruce. Oh, let me just quickly add that Bruce called me the next day to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't he would gladly see me again to discuss/fix - whatever. He wanted me to be 100% satisfied. Being a blonde highlight junkie(he gave me a winter blonde look) - I was going to go in for more blonde around my face BUT - I realized my hair needed a break and that the next time around Bruce would be able to give me the color I have been searching for what seems like FOREVER! I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for great color. Keep you all posted on my next visit!! Thanks Bruce!!! Lori Less
