After a 16 month stint out in California, I returned last July to the Philly area and decided I needed a new colorist and stylist for my hair. Not only do I have a good friend that has been using Bruce for a couple years, but I was overwhelmed by the positive reviews that I saw on this site.
Let me just tell you....I have not been disappointed at all!
I'm a natural brunette (pretty light in color) and had been sticking to the same cut and color for a while. Bruce was honest with me in my very first visit that I had been wasting money on doing a full foil every time. His technique and attention to detail helps to prolong the time between appointments. I hadn't been in since November 2010 and the color still looked natural and the roots were practically unnoticeable. When I went in yesterday, I told him I wanted to go SUMMER and he immediately knew what to do. I have this beigy, honey-ish, warm blonde hair now from the 2 different blonde highlights he put in my hair and it looks AMAZING!
He is well worth the money, especially since he'll direct you NOT to do too much each visit. It's natural and beautiful work and I get compliments on it all the time.
