Bruce pretty much turned my boring brown hair into gorgeous blonde hair- perfect for the summer!
I actually brought in a picture of what I wanted to achieve, but was unsure as to the exact shade of blonde that would be best for ME. Bruce gave me a hair color that was so much better than the picture that I had brought in.
He also gave me a free conditioning treatment after the color, so I ended up leaving with hair that was softer & shinier than when i came in.
In terms of scheduling, he couldn't be any more accommodating. I requested a Sunday appointment a week prior & he was more than obliging with my hectic schedule.
The feel of the salon was luxurious and had a modern Zen feel to it, especially in the lobby.
Before I left, they handed me a gift bag full of goodies (coffee mugs, gift certificates, pens,..).
Overall, I was VERY pleased with my hair and the service I received @ Tommi Salon. I will most certainly be going back again.
