Review content:
I purchased an alternator here for my car. Turns out the old alternator wasn't the problem, so the car never cranked with the new one. It is one thing to not mention the return policy at the time of purchase, but I understand that even if the alternator was not used, and was put on the car, it cannot be taken back. I didn't fight it when they explained this to me in the store. In fact, the associate was extremely kind about it. However, the manager came over and managed to make the entire situation worse. He kept repeating himself like I wasn't understanding that they couldn't take the item back. I understood it very well, but this guy just wouldn't shut up. He even said while pointing to the receipt, ""See here? It says O'Reilly Auto Parts. NOT O'Reilly USED Auto Parts."" Worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time.
