Outstanding experience. Overall, very fast service. There were some technical issues with transfer of data to a peripheral drive that was unreadable by my Macbook, however a clever solution on the part of your manager Shane, resolved the problem. So grateful for the wonderful job of your staff!!! I now have the precious pics of my daughters from their 1st trip to Disney World. Would and have highly recommended your firm to my colleagues and friends. Shane was outstanding. He was very patient and helpful in assisting with the data transfer process.
