Right from the get go I was impressed with the conversation of the representative at Secured Data Recovery Services. He was knowledgeable and actually listened to me and made me feel as though I was the most important client he ever had. I explained the urgency with our RAID system that somehow became corrupted and needed help. In less than 30 minutes a team of engineers arrived and 2 hours later all was normal again. They performed an on site RAID 0 Data Recovery and located all the critical data and removed the corrupted entities. Overall from beginning to end was very impressive, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend Secured Data Recovery Services in all aspects of technology to complete the task at hand quickly and efficiently.
