Our RAID configuration went bad during a power outage and after contacting a few companies and hearing what they had to say on the subject we decided to contact Hard Drive Data Recovery SLC. They clearly explained that it will take some time because it was a RAID setup,which is completely understandable,we liked the whole setup and decided to go with them.Constant updates from the customer service people as well as e-mail updates always kept as in the light of events and made sure that we knew exactly at which stage our case was. The techs were able to retrieve about 90% of the most important data which was way beyond our expectations and we received our info the next day after the repair process was completed. We would recommend Hard Drive Recovery Services SLC to anyone faced with a complicated RAID problem and less complicated cases.Good work overall.
