the guy was a bit abrupt on the phone, but then he started telling all about my refrigerator after some quick questions, he shot me an estimate of 120 to 165, (the others were all starting at 180 and up)...he came out in less than 24 hrs(next morning around 10 am) fixed it in short order, and charged $130.05!! Sears wanted 129 to knock on my door!! He was friendly and showed me exactly what was wrong and why. then i found out why he is sometimes a bit gruff on the phone...it rang 8 to 10 times in the 35 minutes he was there!!! later i found out he has an A+ rating with the BBB. I'm so glad my friend recomended him to me, honest, knowledgable, and affordable, that's hard to find in anything!!
