I found my water heater was starting to leak over a weekend - not an urgent fix but definitely needed to be done. I contacted Fast Water Heater via their website and was promised a follow-up by Monday. They called first thing Monday morning and were able to come out the same day - between 1:30 and 3:30pm. I received a firm quote for the job over the phone. My installer, Jacob, called at about 1:15 to say he'd be there at 1:45. He did the job quickly and neatly, explaining all details of the job. I was really impressed with the level of service provided and the quality of the work. The price was more than reasonable - less than I paid for a similar job back in 2005. I highly recommend this company!
