I had a terrible experience with Starcom Design Build. There were 4 others who filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland and Maryland's Attorney General has a case against them. Beware. There is one licensed individual on record with this company (if he actually exists, I never saw him). The people sent to our home from the salesman to the plumbers were not licensed or qualified to perform any home improvement. They wanted over 85% of the job price to do the job before any work was started, sent a derelict to do the worst paint job I had ever seen before any of the actual construction project was done and when I repeatedly called to speak to the owner who was supposed to be licensed and qualified he was never available and never called me back. The job was not done and I did not get my money back. Will have to pursue MHIC and BBB and hope for some resolution.
