I never post on these sites but reading these reviews I have to say my thoughts on this store!
I came here for the first time after going to a bridal show and called an hour before and made an appointment and they got me in right away! When I went in they gave me 5 clips and told me to pick 5 dresses I liked and then we would go from there I did so and tried on the dresses and plus two more before I narrowed it down to 3 I loved! Not only was my consultant great all the other consultants in the store were amazing as well! Even the owner was very helpful coming up and telling me what I could do to make the dress perfect for my wedding! I ended up leaving without a dress and went to 5 other salons and tried on around 40 dresses before I came back to BB! When I came back the same consultant helped me back into the same 3 dresses I loved and when I got to the 3rd one I couldn't make a decision I must have walked around and stayed in that dress for 30 minutes before I said YES! The consultant never pressured me never hurried me and once again everyone was WONDERFUL! I cannot recommend this place enough!
Everyone has a different experience everywhere but please do not let the bad reviews deter you from going this place is great and they listen to what you want and your price range!
