I have never had such a horrible experience shopping in my life.
I was waiting to go to Bride Beautiful because I heard such great things, and they were supposed to have such a lovely selection of dresses.
The associate treated me like s***, their dresses are overpriced and the store smells funny. The associate looked at me as if I can't afford their dresses. In had the feeling they don't like minorities.
I should have left immediately. Why should I spend $1000 on a dress to support such horribly people???
Horrible attitude and rudeness. Needless to say, I have many friends that will be married in the near future and none of them will be stepping foot into this store!
Cons: unprofessional, overpriced, unfriendly, attitude, condescend
