Review content:
The entire staff at RBM North represent an incredible testimony to the quality and service expected from the Mercedes Benz brand(s). We have owned at least 7 Mercedes cars, including the 3 we currently drive that were purchased from RBM North. Randy Powell, the GM, has assembled a team of managers and staff that are totally focused on delighting their customers and assuring their customers are completely satisfied with their experience, buying, selling or servicing their car. I would like to thank each individually, but know I would miss at least one, so I will only mention Randy for the sales, financing, and service team he oversees and the leadership he demonstrates. They have transformed what used to be a dreadful experience buying and servicing my cars to a delightful experience where I enjoy doing business with "friends" I trust! If you ever questioned the value of buying from or having your car serviced by a dealer, give Randy and his team a chance. You won't be disappointed.
