I would not recommend Pearl's Place to my worst enemy. The owner, Elaine, is very rude. As long as everything goes smooth she will be very nice to you but the minute the smallest error occurs she will let her true colors show. I have dealt with Pearls Place on 3 seperate events. The first was for my wedding in 2002. I tried to warn my sister's friend but she did not listen and boy did she regret it. The third time was for my brother's wedding. I again tried to warn his fiance and again my warnings went ignored. She regrets it to this very day as well. I would have thought that given the situation with Katrina and all that Ms. Elaine would be a little more understanding. NOT!!!!!!!!!! I really think that she needs to go to a customer service workshop. The prices and selections are alright but when the customer service is below average all alse does not not matter. I will never deal with Pearl's Place again on any level and if I am asked to be in a wedding and the dresses are coming from Pearl's Place I will politely decline the offer.
