I couldn't turn on my Dell. Didn't know why. Brought it to New York Computer Help's West Side branch - got friendly service, able to drop it off and return after work to pick it up. Now, my baby is working fine again. They got rid of a bunch of viruses that found their way onto my PC. Just wanted to write something to say how the service was exactly what I needed have my system turn on okay again.
Pros: Good service, Smart guys
