Title says it all. I had grown up in Madison Heights and passed by Hopcroft daily, but I had never needed their services until this month when my family lost a loved one. We had never planned a funeral before, and the staff was very helpful and answered all questions and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing is affordable. We felt very comfortable here, they were not pushy at all, and they do everything to meet your requests. The funeral home is quaint (but not too small) and modest, clean and also newly remodeled/renovated. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: Wonderful service, still family owned (not a conglomerate)
Cons: Smaller than other ""bigger name"" funeral homes, but it was perfect for us and suited our needs
