I first heard about Choate's Air Conditioning & Heating when I bought the family's house and learned that they had a heating and air business. I checked their references and everyone rated them very high and said that they were honest and dependable. I have been using their service for 3 years now and have definitely found that to be the case.
Choate's is an outstanding, family-run business. Their family shares a common goal: to service customers and please them. They also are very honest...if they give you their word on something, you can trust them to stick to it.
I have not have any bad experiences with Choate's. Their service is excellent and I have never had to call them back out to fix something. I have a maintenance agreement with them and they go out of their way to provide me with good service. Having been in the real estate for 30 years and worked with many companies in their industry, I can also say that their rates are very competitive.
