These guys are awesome! They did such a great job on my poor tortured carpets and I have felt such guilt at taking so long to write this because I was so grateful for how accommodating they were and what a fabulous job they did. And I love that they are a smaller company and I could support a family owned local firm.
First, I have birds at home so I did not want anything with lots of chemicals or smells because of their sensitive respiratory systems (though I still moved them to the back of the house). I also try to avoid a lot of chemicals and smells and these guys fit the bill. Literally, it did not smell at all.
And second, I had had a ""rug emergency"" the night before and when I begged they even managed to squeeze me in that evening because one of their techs was willing to take an extra job! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
So I was sold on what I read about their rep city search, their willingness to help me short notice and their process. They have a several step process (that I am sure they would be happy to explain to you by phone) where they vacuum and clean and that all sounded great to me. They were no more expensive than some of the competitors I called for bids, but my carpets are important to me and I trusted them that they knew what they were doing.
The tech showed up on time and was very professional.
Honestly the Best Carpet Cleaning Company in Wake County as you can see.
