Review content:
Well its a sad day when people in the apartment complex get together and string a bunch of fliers around. A few weeks ago we where notified that we are going to have to pay for parking. A few days after that we received a letter from a concerned neighbor stating that the rental lease agreement that everyone has signed up to this point specifies that the parking will cost $0.00. However we have all received a letter that they now want us to pay $25.00. This place must be hurting if they are willing to invalidate almost 100% of there contracts to make a quick dollar. This is now the second major lease agreement violation they have performed! I was also upset that they did not provide any reason for an inspection. The paper we received on our door sad it was to check on maintenance that was done a month ago. However we have not had any maintenance done. Despite the multiple complaint the hot tub is still not functional. Its about knee deep and we call it the warm tub. I wish you all luck we are out of here ASAP! It maybe cheap to live but I would rather pay more for a professionally run and managed complex!
