I appreciate the way this place does business, very professional and reliable. I called to make an appointment and they were very accomodating. The day of the appointment they even called to let me know they were 20 minutes away and on time. The technician showed up and explained what he would be doing to the carpet since this was my first time trying a chem dry process. He gave me some pointers, how often to chem dry, what to expect, how much additional areas would cost, etc. What I really liked about the whole thing is that he tried to up sell me on a couple things (part of their job of course) but did not push me into buying something expensive or not needed. I was quoted a price, it remained the same and my carpets came out great! Some carpet cleaners will tell you a good price to get in the door then say you need more but not them. I appreciate the honesty and for that I will definitely call this company back out to clean my carpets, plus I really enjoyed the chem dry process over steam cleaning.
