It is the dead of summer, and when I called America's Best Heating and Air, the owner himself, Patrick, came straight over...squeezing us in between lunch and his next job. While the repair was a simple one for our air conditioner, he explained everything to us in detail so that we could understand how our system works, and what was wrong in this case. He went above and beyond to check our external unit in addition to the internal one in the basement as well as our output/returns throughout the house. He was extremely nice, and gave us a break on the price because he wasn't here the full hour. If you live in South-east Baltimore don't even think of calling anywhere else. However, I would venture to say that if you live anywhere in Baltimore city, this is your best bet.
