We love this place too! After reading Leslie?s comment I just have to say that I have been late to pick up my dog more than once. I felt terrible, and they were very nice to me about it. They told me it was no big deal and not to worry, they also said they wouldn?t accept the extra money that I was offering them since I was late. I find it really hard to believe that ANYONE would say ?we don?t want your kind of business? to a customer. Especially the owners of this place, or the staff. They have been nothing but pleasant to me even when I have been late. Also since she writes that this supposedly happened to her ?friends? I don?t believe it for a second. Sounds like she?s a grouchy old lady with something against these nice people
