BEWARE!! This company will come out and clean your fireplace and tell you that you need a stainless steel liner. They show up to your house I ended up having 2 other companies come out and both said the same thing was wrong, I needed a new top tile and pour a new crown. High's also failed to tell me that when they did the video scan that the mortar joint that was gaped was between the 1st and 2nd tile at the top of a chimney, the other companies said it was a easy fix without installing a liner!! I will also be reporting this business to the BBB.
