I could not disagree more with the negative comments about Dr. Flood and his staff. I brought my partially paralyzed dog here on a busy Saturday after seeing my usual vet. Dr. Flood was like a breath of fresh air. He spent so much time with me and fully explained the seriousness of the situation. I know this was stressful for him on a busy practice day. After I left the office, he called me multiple times over the next week to check up. (Who does that?). He also fully explained charges and was very mindful of the added stress this would have on my family. I felt like Dr. Flood was sympathetic, caring and knowledgeable. We have been back multiple times and the office continue to exceed my expectations. Dr. Flood is my vet forever!!!!
